BEREAVEMENT SERVICES

Hospice of Warren County has a comprehensive bereavement program and services are available to all in our community who are dealing with loss and grief. There is no charge for these services. The focus of bereavement services is loss and its affect on each person’s life.

Services consist of individual counseling, grief workshops, monthly support groups, special calling, mailings, and an annual memorial service. Counseling and group sessions are available to children and teens as well as to adults.

Bereavement Services staff and volunteers are experienced and trained to help individuals learn coping skills in a confidential and professional manner. Referral to other appropriate community resources are made as needed.

As part of our community outreach, we offer grief educational programs to many local organizations including educators, PTA’s, health care providers, service organizations, and church groups.
